It finally happened!

The first time we visited Cape Town (January, 2012), we had a terrific time exploring Bo-Kapp, Boulder’s Beach, and the V&A Waterfront. But Table Mountain’s tablecloth was in full effect for our entire visit so we couldn’t go up and have the quintessential tourist experience.

Thankfully, four years later we got to come back–and this time the weather cooperated! Woot!

Even better, we were able to share the sight with my parents who joined us for two weeks in Africa.
